All of my portrait sessions are important to me - but this one, was especially so.  Ms. Cartaino – also known as Tina – has been a household name for us for the last 3 years.  Tina was my son Jalen’s first official teacher, and now, she’s my daughter Janessa’s pre-k teacher.  They both adore her, and with good reason.  (And in a small-world story, Tina also happened to be a bridesmaid at Jen and Ryan’s Earth Day 2016 wedding.)  Suffice it to say, I wanted to repay the debt of gratitude we have for her, for all that she’s done to care for and teach my kids, the best way I know how – with beautiful pictures.  

  Janessa looks forward to choosing her outfit daily, talks about class and makes sure to do her “homework”  daily.  Beyond how happy she is everyday when she gets off the bus, sometimes Janessa comes home with a super awesome french braid, or new ponytail.

Needless to say, I’m beyond thrilled to be Tina and Kyle’s photographer, and am really looking forward to making some more amazing pictures together.

It’s always a major honor when couples reach out for maternity, newborn, or family pictures after their wedding.  Melissa and Nick got married 10/10/15, and we did their wedding pictures at Knight Park.   We went back this summer to make these images happen.  It was so nice to see these two again, chase Brandon around the park for a few snaps, and of course meet baby Alexandra.  So glad to know this fam, and look forward to the next time we link up!

A while back I had the pleasure of photographing Ashley at her and JP’s very cool shop in New Hope, The Selvedge yard for Bucks Life Magazine.  A few weeks ago we got together for some family photos around town.  The shoot was a lot fun, I look forward to the next time we link up!

Longwood Gardens is a portrait photographers dream come true, always a pleasure to shoot there.  I knew this session with Gina and Lou was going to go well, mainly because their connection was obvious, and Lou showed up with brand new Timberland’s on, thats whats up!

The whole time I have had a camera in my hand, I’ve been stuck on the ground like a sucker.  Now I can put a lens in the air, and shoot. I do not consider myself a purist by any means, Im not out here shooting tintype.  I love seeing photography evolve, drones are another option.  This technology is truly amazing, very inspiring and pushes me to want to seek out rad spot to explore.  Looking forward to seeing what I can create.

Such a beautiful fall day for  Victoria and Dan’s wedding at Running Deer.  A Garden Party hooked up some beautiful florals, and their friends and family def rocked out to the sounds of Enchanted Celebrations.  It was a lo of fun hanging out with two, thanks a lot for having me as your photographer!

Smithville Mansion is a beautiful place in all seasons, and the fall is no exception.  I met up with Amy, Brian and Felix for a fun engagement session and took advantage of the seasons best color. 

Such great energy between Alyse and Brian.  It was a pleasure to capture their wedding at The Talamore, and I’m glad to know them.  Congrats you two!

Megan and Tyler’s families have shore houses that are separated by only a few feet.  They chose Midway Beach to do their first look and portraits, the same beach they both grew up at, how cool.   It was a lot of fun hanging out with their crew, and a pleasure to capture their day.

Christina and Ryan had a really perfect day for their wedding at Cherry Valley Country Club.
